 
Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about SEO, digital media planning, and driving measurable results. You will be instrumental in executing our digital strategy, optimizing our online presence, and coordinating effective campaigns to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and user experience, aligning with overall business objectives. 
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing terms, guiding content creation and optimizing existing website performance. 
- Perform technical SEO audits and schema implementation to improve site health, crawlability, and overall performance. 
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve site authority and domain rating. 
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. 
- Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure all new and existing content is SEO-friendly and adheres to best practices. 
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and digital presence to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. 
Digital Media & Campaign Management
- Own the end-to-end responsibilities of media planning, execution, measurement, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, social media, display, etc.) with the goal to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions. 
- Manage and coordinate all day-to-day digital marketing activities. 
- Work with external agencies or internal teams to execute digital media campaigns effectively, ensuring timely delivery and goal achievement. 
- Set measurable goals and meticulously analyze the performance of all digital marketing channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. 
- Oversee and optimize the performance of digital activities for different brands or product lines. 
Reporting & Strategy
- Generate regular, comprehensive reports on SEO and campaign performance, clearly highlighting successes, emerging trends, and areas for improvement. 
- Identify and research the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to propose and implement innovative strategies. 
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing, SEO, or SEM role. 
- Proven experience implementing and managing SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical). 
- Demonstrable proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). 
- Experience with media planning, execution, and optimization across various digital platforms. 
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
